As our Rural Products Sales Manager, you will lead a retail team focused on delivering tailored merchandise solutions and driving sales growth across the Goulburn Valley/Shepparton region. With a strong emphasis on business development, stakeholder engagement and aligning strategy with opportunity, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide practical, seasonally relevant solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day retail operations, analyse sales trends, and contribute to long-term business growth. You'll report directly to senior and warehouse management and play a key role in aligning sales strategy with both established and emerging markets.
