Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Family Living Program in New Britain, CT. This full-time role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

As an RN in our Personal Care Services service line, you'll provide care across the continuum, supporting patients in the comfort of their homes. You'll be part of a mission-driven team that values autonomy, collaboration, and excellence in care.

What You'll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate)
• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health or hospice preferred)
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Reliable transportation (role includes approximately 50% travel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
