Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Fachliche Vertretung der TS/MS Abteilung in the process team vaccine manufacturing and building solid product and process knowledge.
• Control, monitoring, and continuous improvement of vaccine production processes including defining critical process parameters, statistical evaluation, trend analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Responsibility for process validation, test and validation batches, and technology transfer at the Cuxhaven site.
• Processing deviations and changes including root cause analysis, measures derivation, and batch evaluation of irregularities or OOS/OOE results.
• Active participation in interdisciplinary project and process teams as well as responsible TS/MS representative in internal audits and inspections.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in biology, chemistry, veterinary medicine or a comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience and competence in the EU-GMP area.
• Knowledge in aseptic processes.
• Good analytical skills.
• Structured, flexible, and results-oriented working method, time and self-management.
• Strong team spirit and a high level of self-motivation.
• Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word) / Experience in using statistical software (e.g. JMP) is desirable.
• Very good knowledge in spoken and written (German/English).
