We are looking for a Process Engineer (M/W/D) for the Process Unit Solid Packaging to join our team at the earliest possible date. The position is to be filled on an indefinite basis.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a process engineer, you will advise the process team on technical issues regarding the equipment
• In cooperation with the process maintenance, you will ensure the availability and the qualified state of the equipment under qualitative and safety-relevant conditions
• Second level support for troubleshooting production equipment, including the request and coordination of external companies and suppliers
• Preparation and control of test reports, risk assessments, and safety considerations
• Responsibility for the lifecycle management of production equipment (in particular risk assessment, maintenance measures, spare part stock, replacement or new investments)
• Maintenance of internal and external networks of technical experts for the equipment park in your area of responsibility
• Processing of technical corrective and preventive actions, change controls, and root cause analyses
• Evaluation of machine and operational data and derivation of measures to reduce downtime and process stabilization
• Active participation in the process team meeting in the production area
• Handling of investment projects within the area of responsibility

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed vocational or higher education in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, or a technician's degree with several years of professional experience
• Professional experience in the care, procurement, and use of filling and packaging equipment
• Professional experience in the care, procurement, and use of printing equipment is desirable
• Knowledge of relevant cGMP requirements is an advantage
• Communication, team, and conflict skills as well as a cross-functional, service-oriented, and committed approach with a high level of willingness to take responsibility
• Ability to act goal- and result-oriented
• Good English and fluent German skills in writing and speaking
