Responsibilities

• Provide technical support Level 1 & Level 2 for the network and company services
• Take over, investigate, treat, and solve problems/events from the optical fiber network, DWDM network, and IP network through the ticketing system and internal applications
• Monitor the systems, identify alarms, isolate, and remedy defects in the network as soon as possible
• Communicate with the company's internal departments, suppliers, partners, and clients to solve technical problems
• Compile operational and performance reports
• Install and configure network equipment hardware/software as well as operate and maintain them within the assigned responsibilities
• Know the network architecture and the design of complex solutions
• Collaborate with all internal groups and provide technical support when necessary
• Take over calls from the CallCenter and manage them according to internal procedures

Requirements

• Higher technical education, telecommunications or computer profile
• Advanced knowledge of the English language
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
• Experience in operating and managing electronic communications services based on FO, TCP/IP, IP/MPLS, and data transmissions technologies
• Basic knowledge in the field of telecommunications networks (CCNA1 & CCNA2 level) with basic knowledge in the field of data transmissions through optical fiber and DWDM
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and relationship skills with teams and clients
