Missions Under The Responsibility Of The Works Director / Senior Works Supervisor:

• In collaboration with your superiors and the engineering consultants, define the constructive choices and operating procedures for the building site entrusted to you.
• Ensure optimized use of resources to meet your objectives in terms of cost, lead times and quality, and environmental and safety rules.
• In the scope of the productivity approach, establish, communicate and monitor the roadmap intended for team leaders, and the labor analyses.
• Lead and coordinate the production teams with support from the team leaders for your building site or building site area, and provide work station training for all production personnel.
• Provide training on work station safety.
• Check that the necessary driving/operating authorizations are obtained.
• Make sure that work and personal protective equipment is available, and ensure compliance with this equipment (user manuals, specific guidelines, etc.).
• Ensure that any person who has breached these obligations is removed from the building site.
• Signal any breach and suggest the appropriate sanctions.
• Manage the welcoming of production personnel and their time entries.
• Manage stocks and orders of equipment and materials.
• Manage inter-company and supplier relations for the building site (co-activity, loaned cranes, delivery times, storage, etc.).
• Perform and have performed regular checks on construction in terms of quality and conformity (this may involve establishing check sheets and non-conformity sheets).

Job Requirements

Required level of education: Vocational diploma

Fields of study: Building

Required professional experience: Minimum 5 years' as a building site team leader and/or assistant foreman

Job Environment

Internal: Building site management - Company internal services - Production personnel - Personnel representatives

External: Sub-contractors - Suppliers - Programme Management - Engineering Office - Administrative bodies (work inspectorate, CARSAT, local government) - Local residents

Profil Recherche

De formation Bac pro bâtiment ou CAP/BEP en Second Œuvre, vous apportez votre expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la réalisation de chantiers divers en tant que Chef de chantier, ou 8 ans en tant que chef d'équipe.

Vos qualités professionnelles et humaines seront un grand atout: relationnel avenant et sens du management par l'exemplarité, le courage et la pugnacité. Votre goût pour les projets collectifs et les responsabilités vous permettront également de vous déployer rapidement au sein de l'entreprise.
