As the first point of contact for our customers, Sales Support Representatives play a vital role in shaping the customer experience. You'll be the friendly voice that welcomes individuals seeking Medicare guidance, actively listening to their needs, gathering key information, and ensuring they're connected with the right eHealth expert. In addition to handling inbound inquiries, you'll also conduct proactive outreach to existing customers, reaching out to prepare them for their appointments and connect them with licensed advisors who can guide them through their Medicare options. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide customers through the first steps of their journey is essential to setting them up for success as well as launching your knowledge of the Medicare space.
This is a temporary position that will end on December 8, 2025. Must be able to work 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PST, including weekends as needed. Must be available to work extended hours and overtime during the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15th to December 7th.
