Role Description

EGAMI Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive communicator to support integrated marketing and communications for a growing med-tech client portfolio. This role blends project management, account management, experiential support, integrated activations, and strong administrative organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple workstreams with professionalism and consistency. This temp remote role that has a term of January - September, has the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and account needs that continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  1. Support day-to-day project and account management across integrated marketing, communications, experiential, and activation programs.
  2. Draft clear, high-quality materials such as recaps, briefs, timelines, tracking documents, and client-ready communications.
  3. Assist in planning and executing experiential activations and event logistics.
  4. Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, deliverable calendars, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams and cross-agency partners to support integrated client needs.
  6. Conduct research to support strategic recommendations (industry, competitor, cultural, or category trends).
  7. Prepare meeting notes, status updates, follow-ups, and administrative support to keep workstreams moving efficiently.
  8. Support measurement and reporting needs, including coverage tracking and insights summaries.
  9. Provide organizational support to senior leads, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and communications are aligned across workstreams.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or integrated agency roles.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce polished, client-ready written materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workstreams with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting experiential activations or event production is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Teams, Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred.
