Your days follow an agile rhythm: two-week sprints, daily standups, PR-driven development with code reviews, and end-of-sprint demos to showcase progress. A strong documentation culture keeps work clear and consistent, with design docs, ADRs, and runbooks shaping how the team builds and delivers.
Collaboration is at the heart of your role. You'll partner with product, sales, solution architecture, delivery, and operations to transform prototypes into scalable platforms. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll connect with teammates across US time zones, with core hours spanning Pacific through Eastern.

Salary Range for this position: $150,000-$180,000
