About the Role
In this role, you will be the first contact for users who need technical help. This means that you are often the one who sets the tone for the customer experience, so your social and communicative abilities are central. The team you join consists of a few colleagues at different support levels, and here there is a warm, helpful, and unpretentious atmosphere.
You will receive an introduction but are expected to deliver in the team quite quickly. Support will be available from experienced colleagues and leaders. There are all the prerequisites for you to develop if you take the chance.

You have an easy ability to collaborate and value good teamwork. You are responsible and do not let tasks fall between the cracks. You are proactive and action-oriented and do not always sit and wait for things to be assigned to you. You also have a flexible and unpretentious attitude and help where needed. Solving problems, especially within IT, is something you are driven by and have an interest in developing within the IT field.
In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have: an IT-oriented education or equivalent experience where you have gained knowledge in Windows or macOS, Microsoft 365, network basics (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) as well as Active Directory. We also see that you communicate unhindered in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as you will be using both languages in the job.
Having experience from customer service or another role with a lot of customer contact is seen as very meritorious. Since we value teamwork, we also see it as a plus if you have experience from team sports or have otherwise practiced this type of work method.
