People Team (HR) Intern

We are currently looking for a People Team (HR) Intern for our CLIMBERS Internship Program in our Bloomfield Hills office! This 10-week program will provide the opportunity to support areas of our business and assist with special projects.

What are the responsibilities of the People Team (HR) Intern?

• Create Strategic Workforce Plan by collaborating and working cross functionally with multiple teams in the organization.
• Advance team specific Staffing Models for one to two areas of the business.
• Gain inputs as directed to understand the flow and time for each phase of development for new communities.
• Develop an electronic model that is interactive to plug in start dates and key actions to project staffing needs.
• Provide updates to the CHRO on the project.
• Perform market analysis for talent in the areas for development.

What are the role requirements?

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college.
• Junior or Senior level student in Business, Economics, or HR related field is preferred.
• Experience with creating an interactive model using Napkin AI, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
