We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now, Let's Get Down to Business As a Marketing Specialist you will support brand growth and consumer engagement through operational & strategic marketing initiatives. You will assist in executing campaigns, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product visibility and performance. Here's a sample of what you'll get up to:

  • Support the development of engaging in-store programs that drive shopper interest and boost sales across multiple segments.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional and merchandising activities, ensuring efficiency, best practice implementation, and post-activity analysis.
  • Prepare customer and shopper marketing materials aligned with briefs and brand strategy.
  • Manage POS and trade marketing materials, focusing on cost optimization, quality improvement, and compliance with purchasing policies.
  • Maintain and improve the trade and training materials database.
  • Collaborate with external agencies (ATL, BTL, PR), retailers, distributors, and internal teams (sales, marketing, demand planning, finance, customer service, procurement).
  • Monitor and share insights on competitors, retail environments, and consumer behaviour.
  • Support sales teams with marketing project coordination and provide necessary materials and guidelines.
  • Deliver actionable data analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist Senior Brand Manager with various business initiatives.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got? We're looking for someone with marketing experience, preferably in FMCG. While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Diploma or degree in a Marketing or Business-related subject.
  • Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Ability to manage timelines and support cross-functional projects.
  • Understanding of shopper behaviour and in-store dynamics.
  • Experience in working close with sales in major trade channels dealing with marketing agencies (ATL, BTL, data providers eg. Nielsen).
  • Interest in FMCG business drivers and brand development.
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow professionally.
  • Fluent English and Polish (written and oral)
