Key Account Manager
Location: Guadalajara, JAL, MX

Position Summary
This position requires ensuring the compliance of the sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the company and at the same time ensures a healthy financial account management. Apply innovative sales tactics and strategies in Drug & Pharma channel, to gain competitive advantages. Increase market share for the entire category through sales tactics and promotional activities. It is the link between the company and the main Pharma customers. (Pharmacies and Drug wholesalers)
Universal Accountabilities

- Develop, follow up and achieve strategies and annual business plans for each customer
- Increase market share and self among each customer for each category
- Review and ensure customers monthly sell out growth
- Spot and seize market opportunities
Specific Accountabilities
- Achieve KPIs and goals such as: Sales Goals, SOM, DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and Forecast Accuracy for each customer
- Manage regular and top-to-top meetings with buyers and directors in order to ensure results
- Develop a good CRM within customers and internal areas
- Ensure and achieve financial targets for sales, and deflator KPIs
- Ensure collection of each customer sales
- Communicate in advance strategic implementation at the Field Sales Force, Trade Marketing and marketing areas
- Track of all customers POs and invoices
- Provide monthly forecast feedback of base portfolio and building block activities
- Self-motivation
- Management of tactical plans and levers for sell out
Required Skills and Experience
- Administrative degree
- At least 5 years of experience in sales
- At least 2 years of experience at retail stores management
- Fluent English conversation and written communication
- Strong change management capabilities
- High self-motivation skills
- Energetic, tenacious
- Critical thinking
- Result-oriented
- Having worked with Pharma chains, mastering their way of working
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Master's degree or diploma in management skills
- Experience in leading and developing sales field force
- Strong financial background
- Based in Guadalajara
Working Relationships
- Experience on influence results for marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and financial areas
- Top to top meeting with strategic customers
- Experience at sales force execution and POS
- Teamwork on a day-to-day basis with other areas
