As a ServiceNow CSM Consultant at R5 Labs, you'll lead strategic implementation and optimization projects specifically focused on Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
We're looking for professionals who can fill either a Senior Technical Consultant (STC) role or a Business Process Consultant (BPC) role - you don't need to have both skill sets, expertise in one area is perfectly sufficient. You'll partner directly with French-speaking clients, analyze their needs, and deliver customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction across the French market.
