Ensure compliance with FMVSS 305 and 301 standards. In this role, you'll lead HV wire routing, protection, and fuel system safety strategies, supported by CAE crash simulations and validation testing. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape safe, innovative EV and ICE platforms while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Proven experience in HV and liquid fuel system safety performance for front, side, rear, and rollover impacts. Strong understanding of FMVSS 301 and FMVSS 305 regulations. Hands-on experience with CAE crash simulations and test validation. Familiarity with HV battery safety, design, and risk mitigation strategies. Excellent technical documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
