ECS is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to work in our Arlington, VA office. This position is contingent upon contract award.
ECS is seeking a Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer to join our team. The M365 Engineer will manage the M365 roadmap updates and changes in the tenant, and work with Technical Architects and customer to make sure Microsoft 365 changes are coordinated/managed proactively. This position requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage M365 service updates, and support governance activities related to M365 rollout
- Supporting M365 operations, with focus on SharePoint and Teams
- Assist in managing business relationships across internal teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers as needed to deliver managed services.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.
- Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to plan, test and design M365 services
