Our Customer Growth team is in charge of growing revenue and preventing churn with our existing customer base. The Customer Growth organization is a global team part of the global Sales team.
The Account Executive - Customer Growth is responsible for securing and growing revenue through the timely renewal of contracts in their assigned territory. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every contract and generate incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell. The focus will be maximizing revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition across the portfolio, securing the most favourable contract terms, identifying additional product growth opportunities.
