The HC Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with and winning new customers while growing a portfolio of existing strategic account contracts. The successful SAM develops and implements plans to create ongoing improvement in customers' operations and converts that value into enhanced returns for the division as well as driving innovation. This includes communicating Ecolab's programmatic and total solution approach across multiple levels in accounts.
BA/BS degree. 5-7 years of sales & customer management (having established a proven track record of sales growth and customer retention and satisfaction. Ability to travel, excellent negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to develop relationship at executive level. Fluent in English.
Independence Level/Reports to: AVP, Division Director or CA lead.
