• Help expand our Institutional business, offering chemical products and comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of clients in the food service and hospitality sectors. Clients include restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, among others. You will be the visible face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and disinfection processes and programs that enhance the customer experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
• Increase the market share of Ecolab Institutional. Target markets include: healthcare and senior care (public and private), hospitality (hotels/motels), government facilities (armed forces), private schools, local governments, fast-service restaurants (FSR), food casino, hospitals, hotels, laundry, cleaning companies, etc.
• Achieve the sales objectives of new business established in the budget. (New corporate accounts are your goal and there is a budget to meet)
• Ensure that growth from new business meets the company's profitability requirements.
• Program, coordinate, and consult on customized hygiene programs for each client.
• Education in Commercial Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering (sales-oriented), Food Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Intermediate to advanced English (required)
• At least 3 years of external sales experience
• Previous experience in sales development in institutional sectors.
• Solid knowledge of Ecolab products, services, and systems, especially in their application in institutional markets.
• Results-oriented and solid track record in B2B sales.
• Experience in business growth through negotiation and executive sales closure.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. (Exc)
