Ecolab is looking for a Field Service Representative Leader (Applications Engineer) where your technical expertise and customer-focused mindset will help shape a more sustainable future. You will be part of a team with a clear objective to support water treatment systems across various industries. You will work on the ground, building trust relationships with clients and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and enhance operational performance.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems.
• Supervise the use of chemicals and system performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Resolve issues related to equipment and treatment, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Role Details:

• This position will be based in Arequipa, Peru.
• Coverage will extend to various territories around Arequipa.

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.

Preferred Requirements:

• Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.
• Sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
