Water Treatment Process Supervisor

Ecolab is seeking a Supervisor of Water Treatment Processes in Campo, where your technical expertise and customer-centric focus will help build a more sustainable future. You will be part of a purposeful team that supports water treatment systems in various industries. You will work directly in the field, building trustful relationships with clients and offering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance.

How you will make an impact:

Provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems. Monitor the use of chemicals and system performance to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and resolve equipment and treatment problems with a focus on cost-effective solutions. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Details of the position:

This position will be based in Toluca, State of Mexico or nearby areas.

Availability to travel and attend clients outside the state for periods up to one month.

Minimum requirements:

Education: Chemistry, Industrial, Environmental or related. The position requires a valid driver's license. Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments.

Desirable requirements:

Practical experience in plumbing and familiarity with industrial equipment. Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
