Technical Field Representative III, where your technical expertise and customer focus will help shape a more sustainable future. You will be part of a team with a purpose, supporting water treatment systems across various industries. You will work hands-on in the field, building trustful relationships with clients and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and enhance operational performance.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems.
• Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and treatment issues, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Position Details:

This position will be based in Moquegua (Moquegua City, Ilo).

Service will be provided within the central shift, which includes Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Profile Requirements:

• Professional in chemical engineering, industrial, mechanical, or water treatment technologies, industrial plant operation, or similar.

• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

• Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments.

• Practical experience in plumbing and/or familiarity with industrial equipment.

• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to the power supply of dosing pumps.

• Basic knowledge of Siemens LOGO PLC programming.

• Advanced knowledge in high-risk work types such as dangerous energies, hazardous materials, and electrical work.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
