Job Characteristics: Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Able to troubleshoot and resolve basic service support challenges. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Able to provide more technical service support: installation, calibration and ongoing maintenance. Developing an understanding of business, products/services, & account needs. Assists with training customers.
Education/Work Experience: Secondary Diploma or equivalent required and 1-3 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment. Water treatment experience preferred - OR - Technical Degree with 0-2 years experience.
