Job Title

The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of equipment and service orders provided to our Downstream Business customers—from order entry through to final delivery. This includes maintaining effective communication with all relevant departments (Sales, Customer Service, PAG, Expeditions, Billing, etc.) and ensuring accurate processing within systems such as SAP and ONBASE.

What You Will Do:

  • Process customer orders for equipment, chemicals and services, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Monitor and manage orders throughout the full order-to-cash cycle.
  • Coordinate transport requests for equipment deliveries to clients.
  • Handle customer invoice adjustments and corrections.
  • Resolve product returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Respond to sales team inquiries regarding order entry and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project control reports using Excel and Access.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and organise communication with business partners.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in order processing / customer service (local and / or foreign)
  • Advanced level English;
  • Additional Language: German/French/Italian/Dutch/Nordics languages is an advantage;
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach;
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Embrace repetition of core job duties in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience using Customer Service software or/and SAP is considered an advantage;
