Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Customer Service Team both in BE & PL
Identifying and improving customer service processes, both in a technical SAP related context as in a more pro-active approach
Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of customer service using best practices, regular contact with other divisions in Ecolab to touch base on this
Collaborating with other departments like production, logistics, marketing, sales & legal to ensure smooth order processing
Adhering to legal regulations and company policies
Monitoring & updating customer data on both national & international law ( f.ex. biocides in closed circuit, Explosive Precursors,)
Responsible for pricing management
Keeping customer master data up to date
Key role in closing financial activities at end of month
Gate keeper of credit notes & invoicing
Pro-active approach on sales orders, analyze & optimize where increases are possible.
