Ecolab Quality Management System Developer

Ecolab is seeking an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) developer to join their team at Pune. Under the direction of Enterprise Platforms leadership, you will be a problem-solver, accountable for supporting data connections with a third-party platform and assisting with the development of new quality modules. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements to enable elevating quality, service and savings metrics. This position is located in our Pune, Maharashtra, India office. The position will work closely with the Corporate Headquarters based in St Paul, Minnesota, USA supporting the implementation of an electronic quality management system and the requested system changes needed to implement improvements.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Monitor data connections for issues and act as first tier support
• Assist users with access to eQMS and address user questions
• Perform configurations in eQMS tool based on governance committee feedback
• Communicate and interface directly, either by email, phone, or a web-based screen sharing software with staff to take direction, ask questions, and solve problems
• Handle projects independently when required. Prepare standard process documents.
• Develop, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work independently but proactively collaborate with team

Minimum Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience with the ETQ Reliance application
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal &written).
• Experience with Java and Python
• Demonstrable problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
• Experience of working in an office environment and ability to demonstrate to keep up with changing workload priorities.
• Experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL, Query running
• Knowledge of Snowflake data platform
• SCM background
• Knowledge of eQMS or similar Quality Management System
• Diagnostic (high), Descriptive (high) & Predictive (moderate) Analytics
