Fixed-term contract (2 years)
Your contribution at Ecolab:
Responsibility for the customer portfolio and the sales budget in Germany for cattle, pigs, and poultry β with the goal of shaping the future
Development and support of the sales teams of our local partners through, among other things, professional training and field visits to key customers
Technical support: answering specialist questions about our products and biosecurity as well as developing practical solutions β supported by our global teams for Technical Support and Product Management
Sales support: commercial accompaniment, including price and order management in cooperation with our Customer Service Team
Reporting to the Animal Health Divisional Manager for the DACH & Nordics region as well as joint development of action plans and sales targets
Introduction of new products and preparation of strategic discussions for business development
Building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with partners in your area
Building a thorough understanding of products, customer processes, operational goals, and applicable legal regulations
Development of strategic work plans to achieve sales targets and to carry out service and consulting missions with new and existing customers
Preparation and conduct of presentations on innovative products, systems, and services
Providing industry experience for customers in the areas of hygiene, safety, quality, and production: β Support in hygiene concepts β Development of SOPs β Evaluation and optimization of processes β Employee training
Care of products and systems: β Participation in installations β Monitoring, testing, and adaptation of systems β Setting chemical concentrations β Stock control and order triggering
Effective communication at all levels in the plant; building strong relationships and networks
Compliance with all Ecolab safety guidelines and reporting obligations
Your profile:
Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
Self-initiative, independent work, and high motivation
Solid knowledge in animal husbandry/animal production β ideally with a focus on biosecurity or in the veterinary medical or agricultural science field
Optional: First professional experience in sales, characterized by dynamism, self-initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
Ideally, a completed degree in agricultural sciences, veterinary medicine, or a comparable field
Willingness to travel regularly by car in the sales area; occasional overnight stays
Valid driverβs license class B
Travel readiness of approx. 60% in the sales area
