The technical support engineer – concrete assistance will serve as the point of reference for all technical issues, inquiries, and problems reported in France. This role acts as the main intermediary between the sales team and all concrete technology specialists, while ensuring the link with the technical team and the technical assistance laboratory. The individual will serve as the technical contact for clients.
They will conduct technical visits to clients and construction sites and provide support to the sales teams. This role requires travel and remote work.
Main Responsibilities
Technical Assistance:
o Point of reference for all technical questions, inquiries, and problems reported in France and occasionally internationally.
o Technical support and specialized advice to internal and external stakeholders.
o Concrete liaison between technical services and the sales team in all technical aspects.
Client and Project Support:
o Transfer/deployment of knowledge and products
o On-site technical visits to find solutions to reported problems.
Process Improvement:
o Identification of opportunities to optimize processes and implementation of improvement actions.
o Compliance in line with industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate closely with the Technical Service Manager
o Daily work and link with sales teams and their technical support
o Collaboration with internal Ecocem Group experts to provide technical support and expertise.
o Participation in meetings and cross-functional projects.
o Communication of test results and technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
