Sales Development Representative For Ecobio Manager Sustainability Software Sales Team

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative for Ecobio Manager sustainability software sales team. You will play an important role at the beginning of the sales process. Your task is to find, reach out to, and activate the right C-level decision-makers in medium to large B2B companies in the Nordic countries and build value for them from the first contact onwards. You want to do smart sales, learn, and grow to become a top seller of sustainability software in a rapidly evolving and innovative field. To succeed in this role, you need to be curious, proactive, and hungry for success. The role offers a chance for a developing career path in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Prospecting and qualification of contacts in Finland and the Nordic countries (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Booking high-quality sales meetings for the sales team
- Managing the early stages of the sales pipeline: prospecting, initial discussions, and booking meetings
- Personalizing sales messages and persuasive communication with C-level decision-makers. You are not selling just "tech," but impact and business benefits
- Documenting sales data and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot) and utilizing automation tools to support effective sales
What We Expect From You
- Relevant commercial or technical higher education degree
- Excellent proficiency in Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR or similar B2B sales role with evidence of successful sales work
- Ability to identify customer challenges, ask insightful questions, and argue value from the customer’s perspective
- Skill in building trust and excellent communication skills with both C-level decision-makers and internal teams
- Independent and systematic work ethic
- Interest and enthusiasm for sustainable development
Additionally, we value if you have:
- Experience in solution sales and consultative selling
- Understanding of the use of modern sales technologies to support sales work (HubSpot or similar)
- Experience in multi-channel B2B SaaS sales
