ECI Management Group at Fort Drum is looking to hire a team of dedicated passionate cooks and food service workers for a new dining facility account at Fort Drum Base. Start date is September 2025. If you can follow recipes, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and support smooth daily kitchen operations, we want to hire you!

Responsibilities: Responsible for properly preparing, cooking, quantity, quality, and timeliness of food production, as well as the storing of food items which are made in advance to establish consistent yields and food quality. Team member prepares food under sanitary conditions in accordance with recipes, standards, and procedures as outlined in the department training guide. Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Properly prepare and portion, quality food items following company approved recipes, specifications, and timing standards.
• Properly store, date, and rotate according to "first in, first out" standards.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Cook 1 Base pay of $17.85 plus Health & Wellness Pay in lieu of benefits $4.93. Cook 2 Base pay of $19.80 plus Health & Wellness Pay in lieu of benefits $4.93. Bakers Base pay of $19.80 plus Health & Wellness Pay in lieu of benefits $4.93. Food Service Workers Base pay of $17.75 plus Health & Wellness Pay in lieu of benefits $4.93.

Shift: Day and evening shifts & weekends. Must be a US Citizen/authorized to work/and able to pass background check. Have a Real ID Driver's License. SERV Safe Managers Certification is required for the Cooks 2 position!
