ECI Management Group is operating a Dining Facility Unit at Ft. Drum. We are in our first two weeks of operations and have a solid DFAC Manager and Asst. Manager. We are filling out the full cook staff. We have managed to upgrade the services to the soldiers significantly. With this upgrade, there has been an increase in headcounts. We are looking for someone that can work some night and weekend shifts to provide relief to the current management. We are looking for a Chef/Manager that has qualifications to run a Dining Facility and manage staff accordingly for a 3 to 4 week time period. This is a temporary offer as we are aware that Ft. Drum/Watertown is a significant distance from Syracuse.
Compensation: As this is temporary, the compensation would be based on the stretch of time you are available. We would want a minimum of a 2 week commitment and up to 4 weeks. You should expect to serve in a management/chef’s role for 5 days a week, 10 hours a day. We would compensate $2,500 per week. The company would cover lodging during the time you are working this temporary position (2 to 4 weeks). The current management are very skilled and provide a good working environment. You coming to assist would be a cohesive and welcome asset.
