Our Heads of Desk (HoD) are leaders of our team and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive, supportive, and motivating culture within Ebury. They maintain and improve the sales performance through training, coaching, and the development of their people.
A HoD is a leader, someone who sets high standards and inspires their teams to go beyond what they thought possible. Someone who uses their experience and expertise to provide technical advice and uses their passion for people to inspire and motivate the sales team.
This is a senior management role within our Front Office, which opens doors to P&L leadership roles and regional director roles in our many regions.
With a proven track record in FX Sales, you will excel in a leadership role where you can achieve excellent results as a team leader. As a born coach, you get energy from sharing your experience and seeing how your team develops as a result. Additionally, you are able to develop sales strategies and techniques based on customer feedback and your knowledge of the market.
