FX Sales - Institutional Solutions

Ebury is a hyper-growth FinTech firm. We service clients across the private markets with a range of products including FX risk management, cash management, and transactional accounts.

As a Business Developer - Institutional Solutions you will be accountable for growing and managing Ebury's Institutional client base in the UK. You will be responsible for promoting the growth of the Ebury's Institutional division through direct sales.

Every call you make will sharpen your sales skills and build your network across international markets. You'll work with cutting-edge financial solutions that help businesses trade globally, giving you deep industry knowledge that will open doors to future management positions.

Along the way, you'll be supported by experienced mentors and have access to structured development programmes designed to accelerate your career. Whether you aim to lead a team or specialise in high-level account management, you'll have the tools and guidance to get there.

What You'll Do As A Business Developer

  • Researching and qualifying potential opportunities with the sales team to build a portfolio of clients aligned to the private markets industry
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund eco-system (investment managers, corporate service providers and fund administrators), understanding their investment objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets
  • You will collaborate with various teams to build and present treasury risk management solutions

What You'll Need

  • At least 6 months of financial sales experience, FX experience is preferred
  • Committed, ambitious and eager
  • Strong desire to grow into a professional sales role
  • Interest in the private markets industry.
  • Enjoy building new relationships and build rapport easily
  • Based in London
