Your role as a Business Developer

You are responsible for exploring new opportunities by contacting decision-makers in various sectors. You analyze prospects, understand their needs, and adapt your approach to introduce them to Ebury’s international payment and FX solutions.

Your ability to present, negotiate, and close deals directly impacts your income and career progression. Additionally, you work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What you need

• Enthusiasm, motivation, and recent graduation.
• Interest in working in B2B sales or a customer-centric environment.
• No FX experience? No problem! We prefer to look at your potential rather than your CV. Our extensive training program will give you all the skills you need to succeed.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and good business English.
• Interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Strong social and communication skills and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
