What you will do as an FX Sales Associate:

You will research prospects, understand their needs, and adapt your approach to present them with tailored international payment and foreign exchange (FX) solutions.

Your ability to search, understand, negotiate, and convince will have a direct impact on your income and career progression. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

What we are looking for:

• Young enthusiastic and highly motivated graduate
• Experience working in B2B sales or a direct client contact environment
• No prior experience in FX? No problem! We prioritize potential over your CV. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with everything you need to succeed.
• Proficiency in French and good professional English
• A keen interest in the financial markets and the functioning of global commerce
• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to show character to face setbacks and maintain the motivation needed to achieve financial and personal goals.
