What you will do as an FX Sales Associate:

You will research prospects, understand their needs and adapt your approach to present them with international payment and foreign exchange (FX) solutions tailored to their requirements.

Your ability to search, understand, negotiate and convince will have a direct impact on your income and career progression. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic and motivated recent graduate
• Experience working in B2B sales or a direct client contact environment
• No prior experience in FX? No problem! We prioritize potential over your CV. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with everything you need to succeed.
• Proficiency in French and professional English
• A keen interest in financial markets and the workings of global trade
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• The ability to show character to face setbacks and maintain motivation to achieve financial and personal goals.
