Job Summary

The Client Relations Support role is vital in maintaining clear and effective communication between Alys Beach Construction and Alys Beach homeowners. This role supports Client Relations at Alys Beach Construction and helps keep communication smooth between the construction team and homeowners. It's a fast-paced job that requires strong people skills, problem-solving, and the ability to stay organized. This individual will serve as a backup to Client Relations and must thrive in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills. Client Relations Support will work closely with the Client Relation to learn all aspects of the role, including administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with new home orientations and scheduling meetings between homeowners and subcontractors. Client Relations Support must have great communication and people skills, the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure, and a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

First day medical benefits and company profit sharing. $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new home warranty agreements and product-related inquiries
  • Provide support for product knowledge, use and care manuals, and warranty registrations
  • Prepare the Homeowner Binder with final documentation for job closeouts, including warranty documents, manuals, procedures, contact information, and other required materials in both hard copy and digital formats
  • Coordinate and schedule new home orientations in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Arrange homeowner meet-and-greets with key subcontractors to review home systems.
  • Research product information and identify resolutions for warranty-related concerns
  • Investigate product-related issues and coordinate follow-up discussions to address and resolve concerns

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an advanced administrative position
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction, property management, or real estate industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing responsibilities independently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure prompt issue resolution and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Essential Job Function

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within Alys Beach.
  • Act as liaison between the new owner and internal departments
  • Develop and grow relationships with the new owners of Alys Beach
  • Support team with escalated homeowner concerns.
