SFMC Lead

We are looking for a seasoned SFMC Lead who can drive strategy, architecture, and implementation across Marketing Cloud initiatives. The role involves leading a team, managing complex integrations, and ensuring best-in-class marketing automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementation and solution architecture.
• Oversee and guide a team of SFMC developers, automation specialists, and campaign managers.
• Architect scalable journeys, automations, data models, and integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Govern platform configuration, best practices, and data usage across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Review and optimize AMPscript, SQL, APIs, and journey logic.
• Ensure platform hygiene, data privacy compliance, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex SFMC issues and provide thought leadership on platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience, out of which 5+ years must be in SFMC.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud's full suite: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Datorama (optional).
• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API-based integrations.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SFMC Architect/Developer certifications preferred.
