Lead Engineer

EbizON is looking for a lead engineer to join our team in Noida office. Key responsibilities include defining architecture, driving high-stakes design, writing clean scalable code, leading coaching and growing engineers, overseeing the full software lifecycle, and evaluating new tech.

Core skills and qualifications include 7+ years of proven full-stack development, team leadership/mentoring, and architecting complex systems. Strong in front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud. Expertise in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, OOP principles, and design patterns. Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
