We support pharmaceutical manufacturers and brands in enhancing their performance through data-driven marketing, effective Amazon advertising strategies (DSP & sponsored ads), and smart retail media solutions with a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and digital excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support and development of existing customers in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy sector
• Collaboration in the implementation of retail media strategies including campaign briefings, monitoring, and reporting
• Close cooperation with advertising, content, operations, and BI teams
• Contribution to the development of growth approaches (e.g., cross-/upsell ideas)
• Organization of timings and preparation of customer appointments
• Participation in internal knowledge formats, project reviews, and industry updates

Qualification

• First professional experience (1–2 years) in online marketing, e-commerce, or media – e.g., through internships, part-time jobs, or a first full-time position
• Interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing
• Basic understanding of online advertising (e.g., Google, Meta, or Amazon is advantageous, but not mandatory)
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and enthusiasm for new tools
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills
• Communicative demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers and internal teams
• Proficient use of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
