Responsibilities

  • Support and development of existing customers in the Amazon & online pharmacies sector
  • Project management along the entire retail media strategy: from briefing to implementation to reporting of the most important KPIs
  • Interface between internal specialist departments (Advertising, Content, Operations, Tech/BI) and our customers as main contact person
  • Development of growth strategies including upsell/cross-sell potentials
  • Responsibility for timings, budgets, and customer communication
  • Participation in industry events, strategy meetings, and internal knowledge formats

Qualification

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in the field of online marketing, e-commerce, or OTC/FMCG
  • Structured project management with a sense for digital business models & performance marketing
  • Experience in brand management, online advertising, or account handling
  • Analytical thinking, high self-discipline, and strong sense of responsibility
  • Very good German language skills (native or C2) and good English language skills
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor in customer meetings
  • Good time management and structured working style
  • Secure handling of common office programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
  • Nice to have: Experience with Amazon advertising, media buying, or retail media on online pharmacies
