Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner to Leadership: Work closely with leadership as a trusted advisor, supporting long-term goal setting, annual operating plans, and ongoing business operations.
• Driving Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects by crafting structured project plans, timelines, and clear accountabilities to tackle sophisticated business challenges.
• Operational Excellence: Be responsible for day-to-day business operations, establish measurement frameworks, and supervise progress against targets in collaboration with Finance and Analytics through regular reporting.
• Executive-Ready Results: Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality outputs for senior partners, including ELT and Board-level presentations.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a driven, strategic problem solver with strong business sense and operational competence. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can influence and collaborate across teams and levels. You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to execution within large, complex organizations (strategy background preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proven track record in managing metrics that drive measurable business performance.
• Track record of delivering outcomes and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and visual — with the ability to craft compelling narratives and gain trust at all levels.
• Expertise in project/program management, with success leading multiple complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, statistical functions) and PowerPoint capabilities combined with basic AI uses.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mentality.
• Comfort with data, analytics, and modeling; willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and geographies, with a highly inclusive mentality.
• Experience in ecommerce/marketplaces is a plus.
