The Global Collections Operations Team is a high-precision unit based in Dublin, driving the end-to-end production lifecycle of negative balance accounts worldwide. We balance rigorous data integrity with automated processes to ensure every file, payment, and account update is completed flawlessly. By maintaining operational excellence, we protect the eBay brand and provide a fair, accurate, and seamless experience for our global community.
Operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this position reports to the Operations Manager in Dublin. You will be responsible for the flawless execution of all daily production items, internal financial tracking, and quality assurance reviews for the eBay Marketplaces Global Collections Unit.
