Servicetechniker (M/W/D) USV Region NRW - Hessen

Your core task will be to provide service for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) for customers in the specified region and occasionally within the region of NRW - Hessen. The focus will be on assembly, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and retrofitting work within the scope of service contracts, customer orders, and quality actions at the customers' locations, which you will directly drive to from home.

Your Duties:

• Intensive customer support in the service area at the customer
• Securing existing customer contacts
• Telephone troubleshooting to determine the current state in case of a fault in your area of representation
• Assembly and commissioning of UPS systems
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Repair and maintenance of electronic components
• Processing of customer complaints
• Maintenance of Eaton UPS systems according to factory specifications
• Replacement part organization and independent deployment planning in the assigned area of representation
• Careful documentation of the activities carried out
• Conducting on-site customer training

Your Qualifications:

• Completed electrical technical training with professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, especially in the field of low voltage networks up to 400 VAC
• Good knowledge of UPS products as well as service experience

Skills:

• Technical training of customers, for example, in the introduction to UPS systems and the explanation of the functions of the various products.
• High degree of independence and self-responsibility combined with customer-oriented thinking
• Familiar with the use of a PC and common office software
• Successful independent implementation of delegated tasks or projects
• Team capability and customer-oriented behavior
• Good knowledge of the German and English languages in speech and writing
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 75%)
