Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary, Germany, Austria, Finland, Italy, Poland, Turkey.
Duration: Three years
Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Potential Assignments: Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations—depending on country and business unit placement.
Program Start: The program begins with a Service Sales Operations - Sales Support role at our Business Service Center in Budapest, a strategic location within EMEA. This role supports revenue growth and customer satisfaction within Service Sales Operations by managing sales leads and opportunities, supporting field sales, and strengthening relationships with customers and partners. It ensures effective and timely customer support through cross-functional collaboration and escalation management, while optimizing the installed base, enabling informed product and service selection, and driving continuous improvement in service sales processes across the assigned territory. Because this role supports the Nordic countries, knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is required.
International Exposure: After the first year, participants are expected to transition to one of our Nordic manufacturing sites, offering a unique opportunity to build robust operational experience that is essential for their long-term leadership in operations management.
The program begins in September 2026.
Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business Intelligence / IT / engineering by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
Language knowledge: Fluent English and good knowledge of Finnish or Swedish are must, Danish/Norwegian is advantage
