This role leads complex sales engagements, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with technical subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored solutions. The Senior Channel Sales Engineer also champions the adoption of Eaton's and customers' digital ecosystems—including eCommerce platforms, support portals, and enablement tools—to maximize customer self-sufficiency and long-term value realization.
They proactively identify growth opportunities within the channel, mentor junior sales engineers, and contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies that strengthen Eaton's competitive position.
