As a Sales Support Representative, you will act as the go-to resource for our Sales Professionals, supporting the colleagues in the C&I (commercial and industry) sales department. You will anticipate their needs and those of their customers, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth sales processes. Your responsibilities will include booking customer meetings, preparing presentation materials, managing sales documentation, and assisting in customer interactions and issue resolution.
Your core responsibilities:
- Process facilitation and order management: Accelerate pricing approvals, assemble deal approval requests, and ensure accurate order matching and tracking.
- Sales reporting and analysis: Compile and track daily sales data, prepare detailed sales metrics reports, and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights.
- Lead and opportunity management: Conduct initial discovery meetings, track and qualify leads, and ensure follow-up actions are taken to drive sales opportunities.
- Continuous learning & development: Engage in self-assessment activities, participate in training, and contribute to the growth and development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
- Relevant work experience in B2B environment, preferably in sales support, order management and customer care with sales focus.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English language.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office pack (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in CRM system or order management system is advantage.
