As a Projects Sales Manager your primary function of this role is to sell LV/MV Electrical Products for Eaton Power Management and Control Components Business in Lebanon to contractors & End-users with the responsibility to manage all aspects of the customers relationship, providing sales and technical assistance in close coordination with the authorized channel partners, customers, end users and internal stakeholders.
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to ensure growth and expansion of Eaton's LV/MV Electrical Products in Lebanon. This includes strategies for introducing new product lines and achieving incremental growth in existing markets, as well as expanding into new markets.
2. Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan and strategy for Lebanon strategic accounts in close coordination with the Country and Business Unit leadership.
3. Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales analysis reports on a monthly and weekly basis to provide management with sales results and forecasts.
4. Provide feedback on sales (wins & losses), competitive dynamics, customer preferences/perception & other economic/market factors via CRM & SFDC.
5. Offer first-line technical support to secure client design approvals, working closely with consultants on ongoing projects.
6. Focus on demand creation and sales activities for Eaton panel builders, ensuring effective contractor engagement.
7. Align strategic approaches with Eaton panel builders for each project to maintain competitive success.
8. Maintain strong customer relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users to achieve the desired market position for Eaton's products.
9. Provide management with insights and guidance on product requirements for target markets to secure maximum market share and sustainable growth.
10. Facilitate communication and collaboration with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
