Lead efficiently Validation Engineering team at EMEA 3ph R&D

Recruits team members, maintains team proficiency

Coordinates daily testing activities and resources between projects and tests

Test process and methods development

Oversees Design Verification Testing (DVT), Validation and other testing activities (testing & reporting)

Makes test plans, resource plans including people, test bays and test equipment

Responsible of teams job safety in R&D test labs together with Lead Safety Engineer

Gives technical supervision and writing and reviewing test plans and specifications

Guides and mentors colleagues (globally) on UPS design and testing

Gives technical support on UPS systems to product management, technical support, sales support, manufacturing and sales

Qualifications:

Master / Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Min 5 years in testing, electrical design or equivalent experience

Electrical, power electronics and testing experience

Leadership skills
