What You'll Do:

  • Execute the annual audits by using engineering skillset and perform technical review and validation.
  • Provide LV technical engineering application systems guidance
  • Panel builder visits, to check quality, assembling standards, user documentation and tools.
  • Ensure technical compliance requirements for panel design verification and routine testing.
  • Develop and standardize engineering documentation, technical guidance, and best practices.
  • Organize and track adaptations and technical engineering improvements, if necessary
  • Train and guide our partners on Standard and Quality process
  • Go on site, evaluate and invest in root cause analyze, carry out a replacement scenario with all involved parties.
  • Support manufacturing drawings implementation for external partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • 5 Years in product line or technical assembly experience

Skills:

  • Knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications
  • Able to build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders within and outside Eaton
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, accepts ownership for results, takes initiative
